AGMT. Creating knowledge together. Beating cancer together.

The Austrian Group Medical Tumor Therapy (AGMT) was established with the objective of getting better results and improved understanding of the treatment of malignant tumors by carrying out independent clinical tests.

AGMT conducts clinical studies in collaboration with highly qualified specialists from leading institutions in Austria and abroad. The quality and success of AGMT studies are ensured by integrating relevant centres with an oncological focus.

Medical registries provide a complete and comprehensive representation of defined target populations and thus supplement the findings from clinical studies with their specific questions and selected study populations.

With the aim of establishing an international network of Austrian science and scientific networks, the AGMT organises events on an ongoing basis.

The AGMT is committed to carrying out basic and translational research to supplement the clinical projects, which allows the control of modern therapy methods and a better understanding of diseases and therapeutic successes.

In the past, the members of the AGMT have presented Austrian research at national and international scientific congresses or published it in acknowledged journals.
